ORDERS and PAYMENTS

General Terms 

All goods and services are payable in Australian dollars. We prefer payment by credit card for same day clearance and dispatch of goods. I do now accept PayPal for purchases. I also have a 10% off policy for most purchases on the site for payment by postal money order. Please note that we don't know what exchange rate the credit card provider will apply on the transaction date. Our prices are in A$.

If payment is not received within 14 days of order, we'll be free to sell the tool again. We don't mind holding goods for whatever reasons once they are paid for.

All goods will be shipped by regular mail within Australia or  Air Parcel Mail by the Australian Post for overseas destinations. This service takes about 10 days for most US destinations. We've used it for several years without ever losing a parcel but we've heard of some very late deliveries.  After I deliver the goods to the post office it becomes the buyers responsibility if they have not asked for insurance.

Damaged goods or goods that don't live up to our rating/description can be returned for a full refund at our discretion as long as you  let us know immediately why you want to return the item. Postage is not refunded. The photo's form part of the description so look carefully.  I will always try and give the right description. If we can't come to an agreement like price reduction or exchange etc we'll take the tool back for a full refund of the initial purchase price.  My site is growing and growing so keep coming back.
